If you just got home from overseas (like some of my clients) or you are quarantined you might be wondering, what exercises can you do at home or while you are travelling to help stay in shape and build muscle, when you do not have access to a gym?

I created this full body home workout using resistance bands and bodyweight to help keep you in shape.
